Revising Prose (DVD)

The Revising Prose video employs dynamic text to illustrate the Paramedic Method of prose revision used in the Revising Prose books. It has been used successfully at all levels of instruction from Advanced Placement high school classes through graduate school. It is narrated by Richard Lanham.

Available on DVD, the video runs 28 minutes, and includes chapter menus that let you go quickly to specific sections of the video.

The Revising Prose DVD also includes a DVD-ROM section that can be used on either Windows or Macintosh computers that have DVD drives. The DVD-ROM contains the Interactive Exercises developed for both the Revising Prose and Revising Business Prose books. The exercises work with any modern Web browser that can run Javascript.

The DVD-ROM also contains a Viewing Suggestions guide for using the video in a classroom setting.

A Conversation with Arnold Harberger (DVD)

Richard Lanham interviews Arnold C. Harberger, Distinguished Service Professor and Chair in the Economics Department at The University of Chicago in the 1950s, and a Professor in the Economics Department at UCLA since the 1980s. Harberger is a dominant force in the development of global economic policies, from India to Chile, from Panama to Azerbaijan.
